On October 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m, the AIDA4Edgeproject held its first webinardedicated toresearch management and administrative skills, focusing on the topic:
“Horizon Europe: Consortium Agreement.”

The session was delivered by Silvia Raucci, Head of the Office for International Research and Project Design at the University of Ferrara (UNIFE).

The webinar provided valuable insights into the Consortium Agreement (CA)— the binding document that defines the rights, obligations, and roles of partners in Horizon Europe collaborative projects. The objective was to enhance participants’ understanding of how to draft a valid and effective CA for successful project implementation.

The event was held in online format and marked an important step in strengthening administrative and management capacities across the AIDA4Edge consortium.
