As a part of the AIDA4Edge Project realization, team members from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš (FEEUNI) had the pleasure of attending an online lecture delivered by Francesca Zucchini from the University of Ferrara (UNIFE).

The lecture covered essential topics in project management, including consortium coordination, grant agreement preparation, and project organization strategies planning. This session provided valuable insights into ensuring the efficient execution of project activities.
